As I am very busy working for the last two years in finding an unexploded 500 lbs. The Sky Queen dropped 10 just before crash landing.
Mr. Adams and Mr. Perotti bailed out and survived.

Mr. Adams survived being captured by the Germans.
Is there anyone that can get me in contact with relatives of Mr. Perotti, the radio operator?

    Thanks,
    Bert

This was acquired by me at an antique sale in Iowa. Lt. John Hardy Hunt Jr, 545th BS, 384th BG. I was pleased to find your site when searching for information on Lt Hunt.

I hope this message finds you well. I just wanted to take a moment to express my love and gratitude for everything you have done for me. Thank you for always being there for me, for your unwavering support, and for teaching me the values that have shaped who I am today.

I miss you both so much and can't wait to see you again soon. Until then, please know that you are always in my thoughts and prayers. I love you both more than words can express.

    Warmest regards, https://shemale.ws

Regarding photo in "Lead Crew Photos to be Identified", the photo 42-102661 BIG DOG, has my uncle, Emil Clayton Morlan (radio operator) in second from left back row. By deduction, I believe this is 384th BG Mission # 173, 8th AF Mission # 519, Primary Target Luftwaffe Controlling Station, Langenhagen, Germany.
Back L-R: Unidentified, TSgt Emil Clayton Morlan (RO), 1st LT Frank Lavon Allred, 2nd LT Lloyd Earl LaChine
Front L-R: Unidentified, 2nd LT Timothy James O'Sullivan (N), TSgt Clifford Berg, 1st LT Gerald Samons, 1st LT Ralph Edward Wiley (B).
Please verify. I am certain of my uncle in the photo but need additional validation that everything else is correct.
    Thanks, Janel Morlan Jannusch

My father, Edward O James Jr. was the ball turret gunner on Edgar J Hayes' crew. I've got a picture of what might be the crew in my gallery and am looking to see if I can get it put here. I can't prove it's the crew as there are only 9 men in it, but it sure looks like Edgar Hayes is sitting next to my father.

This gentleman was, I believe, a tall Texan boyfriend (from Grafton Underwood), of my mother's (Jeanne Thurgar), who was still at school at the time, and whose family lived at 'Ketnor House', Hannington Crossroads, on the main road between Kettering and Northampton. Photo taken in either 1944 or '45. There is a story about their friendship, during a visit to Kettering High Street, one day.

The Maps I redid are based on the booklet 384th Bombardment Group Station 106 Grafton Underwood, England Maps and Site Plans (2019). The map page numbers are labeled the same except for page 44, that is one I made up to show the building outside of the map range. Hopefully they will come in handy for anyone exploring the base.
