Fred Rubin became the 141st Veteran of the 384th to sign the wing panel on 20 November 2016 in Homosassa, Florida..

Rubin was assigned to the 545th Bomb Squadron as the Navigator for the John Herzog Crew in June 1944. He completed his combat tour in January 1945.
