Seymour Fainberg became the 18th Veteran of the 384th to sign the wing panel on 11 March 2010, in California.

Fainberg was assigned to the 546th Bomb Squadron as the Bombardier of the Donald Duesler Crew in July 1944. He completed his combat tour of duty in March 1945, having flown 35 missions.

Panel host for this signing event was Christopher Wilkinson.
